[Framers] List of Figures linking (UnStructured Frame)

It's not working for me.  Anything I type in the Marker Text window when I
make the marker ends up in the LoM document.  So not only are the   <Bold>
and </> in the Body page of my LoM, but none of it is bold, either.  I've
tried it with multiple character formats; they're not being implemented.

I'm using Frame 2017.
