Hi Rick!
We have a constant problem with something that should be a bug and get
fixed:

   1. I write a book with two procedures in two chapters
   2. I x-ref them to each other,
   3. I delete one chapter from the book,
   4. I update the book.

The x-ref to the deleted procedure resolves as long as the chapter is in the
folder, even if it's not in the book. Of course, when I generate a PDF, the
x-ref is broken.
I'd love a script to check all x-refs and let me know if any of them point
to files that are not in the book file.
