[Framers] PDF Images are Pixelated when imported into FM11

A contributor created some flowcharts within Word. By the time I get them, the squares and arrows are all over the place, so I asked them to give me a PDF of each image. 

All the PDFs appear with suitable resolution,  and some, when imported retain the resolution (viewed at 400%). Just some, appear low and there doesn't seem to be a reason between them.

Maybe I missed this as I haven't been monitoring this thread that closely:

What is the source of your PDF (i.e. What program is being used to generate the PDF)? It maybe be that your settings there are determining the preview quality PDF upon import into FM.
