[Framers] Location of ditamap TOC template

The default templates are located here:
%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Adobe\Adobe FrameMaker 2017\Structure\xml\DITA\outputTemplates

You can copy these files to a different folder of your choice and modify them there.

Then open the ditafm-output.ini and customize it:

%AppData%\Adobe\FrameMaker\14\ditafm-output.ini

Set the new root folder for your templates by modifying this path:

[General Options]
TemplateDir=$STRUCTDIR\xml\DITA\outputTemplates

You can also use different file names if you want. Just change this entry accordingly:

[BookWithFM-TOC]
Template=TOCTpl.fm

If you want, you can do the same for other templates. You can also configure many more settings in the ditafm-output.ini.
