[Framers] FrameMaker install without Distiller?

Unless you want to mess with the innards, it's easiest and best just to
install FM with the defaults. You're more likely to F* up something trying
to second guess the installer and not install the Distiller than you are
following the KISS principle.

If Acrobat is set as your default printer, as it should be, it will be
used.

Just get in the habit of using the Print command.
