I was in the process of making some screenshots for a product release when I
happened to find an odd behaviour in FrameMaker 14.0.3.500 [2017 release].

If you select Edit > Preferences menu item, and mouse over the drop-down
list UI components on the Global > General, or Global > Interface panels, a
"-1" tooltip is displayed.

Can anyone try this on FM 15 [2019 release] ?
