[Framers] Can't Save As PDF or Print to Adobe PDF Printer, Windows 10

Would anyone who has the Shiny! New! Improved! FrameMaker 2019 be willing
to see if it, also, crashes when an SVG file is included? I'm even willing
to provide a small SVG file that can be used to test with.
