[Framers] Can't Save As PDF or Print to Adobe PDF Printer, Windows 10

Adobe is working with it. Thanks to them, we've narrowed it down to "not
all SVG files" but "any SVG created by pasting a photograph into a Visio
file that is exported to SVG".
