[Framers] Can't Save As PDF or Print to Adobe PDF Printer, Windows 10 (Austin Meredith)

Yesterday Microsoft force-fed us another update to Win10Pro, which fixed the problem of being unable to generate with “Save as PDF” (please note that you will need to change back to the “RGB” option).
