[Framers] Formatting tables

There is a double "dotted" line used in tables in a template that I inherited.

If you open Custom Ruling & Shading and click Edit Ruling Style, you can create a new or edit an existing style. In this template, the Color is Black, the Pen Pattern is 30%, the Width is 0.5 pt and Double-Gap is 2.0. I think the Pen Pattern is what does the trick

You know, I don't think I've ever noticed before that you can't use dotted or dashed lines for column or row borders. I guess because I never had a need to. Interesting.
