[Framers] Showing an Element's Attribute

Howdy All,

I have an element where a text rule is not specified, yet I need its attribute values to show. Do I need to add a text rule to the element and set the attribute as a prefix or suffix as described in the dev guide? The DTD for this element is as follows:
