[Framers] framemaker 2015 does not start

My colleague was using FrameMaker 2015  this morning. She shut it down. 
Then she tried to start it. The splash screen flashes and then goes away 
and Frame doesn't start.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Any ideas how to fix it?
