[Framers] DITA to FrameMaker Composite Template Location

Hi Rick,

in your users folder is a file named ditafm-output.ini. In this file the path to your templates is defined. 

By default it is TemplateDir=$STRUCTDIR\xml\DITA\outputTemplates
