[Framers] Can't open character palette or hex input

Oh, that's a good thought. At work I have two monitors, at home I have one
which is not quite as wide as the combined two. And, of course, I'm at home
today.

I'll either try John's idea of changing screen resolution (if I can, I
think I'm already at the highest) or wait till I get back into the office
on Monday. Thanks, both of you!
