[Framers] Finding inserted and deleted text

If you turn on the Track Text Edits tool bar (View > Toolbars > Track Text
Edits), you'll find controls that will let you move from change to change.

Note that you have to have turned on the Track Text Edits feature (Edits >
Track Text Edits > Enable) first.
