[Framers] TOC Formatting Problem

Good Afternoon:

I am creating a technical manual and I have a formatting problem with the table of contents.

The first and third pages are correctly formatted with the headings on the left, strings of periods, and the page numbers on the right. The odd pages look like this:

   1.2 Installation Prerequisites ................................ 1-3

However, the second and fourth pages are not correctly formatted. They lack strings of periods between the section names and the page numbers. The page numbers are also not on the right side of the page. The even pages look like this:

   7.4 Database Extents7-10

How do I make the even-numbered pages use the same formatting as the odd-numbered pages?
