[Framers] Now it's a buggy SVG IMPORT into Frame 2019 files

Ow. Sorry to hear that. I had a feeling it might be application specific,
but since we only work with Visio, it's not something I could check.

I will note that for Visio, I did NOT select all the objects in the
drawing. I shrank the page size to fit the drawing and then saved the
drawing out to SVG. Maybe selecting all works like grouping, even if you
don't actually tell Corel to group?
