[Framers] different master pages

Hi Christiane

I believe that the best and easier way would be to create separated 
documents for different pages (working on the master page formats of 
course). As, anyway they will be numbered and included in a book 
project, the output would not be affected (structured documents or pdf).

It would be a pain to have to create a separate file in the middle of a chapter to accommodate the A3 page. Isn't it possible to have A3 and A4 Master pages in the same document?
