[Framers] Resources for getting up and running in Frame

The Adobe Classroom in a Book for Frame 11, and its lesson files, is still
available. I've never used them, but I've heard good things about them.

For me, FrameMaker was very much sink or swim thing; I got tossed in to
using it with no prior training. On the other hand, I'd already worked in
something like 11 different word processing systems prior to encountering
Frame, and there was one thing I learned: they all do pretty much the same
thing, they just organize themselves differently. Yes, Frame is a desktop
publishing tool rather than a word processing tool, but many of the
functions are the same or similar and learning the differences isn't that
difficult.
