[Framers] FrameMaker 2015

Hey there Peter, and the FrameMaker group:

This is what I'm seeing on the screen and I putzed with some of the
standard Windows display settings and nothing changed (at least on anything
I tried and the resolution is set to the highest resolution possible,
1920x1080).
