[Framers] Anchored Frames in MIF

The easiest way to do this is to create a blank Portrait document, insert an
anchored frame with the desired settings, save it as MIF, and open it with a
text editor. Then you can find what you need for the replacement text.
Alternatively, you could do this with ExtendScript in the FrameMaker
interface.
