[Framers] How would you approach this? Listing New Stuff

Create a condition for the new stuff. 
Tag everything that’s new with the condition. 
Make it a color, like black lettering on a yellow background. 
Give the SMEs the doc with the conditions on and color showing. 

Then they just have to go through the guide and only read what’s highlighted with the condition.
