[Framers] Creating pdf fails if name contains certain chaaracters

I have just filed bug https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/FRMAKER-7721 for FM-15.0.4.571

I have an FM file named _[i]_FM-Commands_0_UKE_FDK.fm (name is generated by a 
FrameScript) and wanted to create a pdf by means of the PDFL.

This works fine until it comes to View pdf: The dialogue just closes - and the pdf does 
not exist. If I just leave the dialogue (without wanting to view the file) i can not 
find the file either.

Something like this was already reported 2018-08-30 during beta testing:
«The severe bug of creating new "ghost folders" if the output path contains special 
characters is a show stopper. Save as PDF should be a quick and easy process, as  
we saw this in versions before
