[Framers] Looking for an easy way to generate See Also links

Good morning.

I'm using FM2019 and outputting as Responsive HTML 5.

Changing tools is not an option.

When I generate the HTML, I'm having it automatically break at the H2
style. My topic starts at H1.

I'd like to automatically insert the H2 topic links as "See Also" links at
the bottom of the H1 topic. Any ideas? Are there any scripts out there to
generate these?
