[Framers] Looking for an easy way to generate See Also links

Aren't the H2 subsections of the H1 in the manual? If yes, you can insert a
Mini TOC under H1.
Something like:

H1 -> Introduction
Thank you for buying our blah blah blah.
In this section:
- Installation
- Configuration
