[Framers] Framemaker 2019, Conditional Text, and ToCs

Hi,

I recently upgraded from Frame 8 to Frame 2019. I've hit my first hiccup.

I have subtopics that are comprised either partly or entirely of conditional text. I just attempted to do something that was seamless in FM8; insert a standalone ToC in selected chapters of my book. It's not complex. There are about a dozen conditional tags, 4 of which are used the most. It used to work fine...

Now I find that all conditional text, whether it's characters or the paragraph mark itself, is dropped from the ToC.

Example, using asterisks to simulate conditional text and numbers to represent page numbers:

TOPIC
Subtopic 1
*Subtopic* 2
Sub*topic* 3

Becomes:

Topic
Subtopic 1
2
Sub 3
