[Framers] Recommendations for RoboHelp training

Totally agree.
I've used Webworks before and been happy with it, but I'm assuming two
things -- that the integration within TCS has improved a bit, and also that
I need to demonstrate the lack in the software I've got before I can buy a
new package.
So planning on investigating more deeply and quickly than I can do on my
own while juggling other projects.
