[Framers] Recommendations for RoboHelp training

Thanks, Jeff -- my thinking behind the classroom version was to be able to
suck the instructor(s) into the kind of advanced level stuff that's
required by asking them questions 1x1.  We'll see.

I just requested a fresh ePub eval too.
