Thank you, Robert Lauriston! At first, Windows wouldn't cooperate because it thought there wasn't enough space on the virtual disk. I gave it more space (though it seemed counter-intuitive), and the trial FM2019 did uninstall using the Control Panel Uninstall action. Yay!
