[Framers] Structure_Dev_Guide missing words - work-around

After a laborious search I finally found the Structured Developers Guide (https://help.adobe.com/en_US/framemaker/pdfs/Structure_Dev_Guide.pdf). Unfortunately, it's missing the element names in the text! (Have a look around p155, if you want so see a fine example.)

I thought I was going to have to convert the pdf to Word (ironic, or what!) to reveal the secret runes but, when I saved the pdf locally I was able to see them. I am guessing that it is a font issue.

It's just been one of those days... ;)
