[Framers] Table Style: Including a Minimum Row Height

Oh, bloody hell. I know it's necessary, but what a PITA.

Well, what you could do is just create a separate FM document with tables
set up the way you want and do a C&P. That's pretty much what Autotext
does, but it lets you add them as menu items so you don't have to go
looking for them.
