[Framers] Table Style: Including a Minimum Row Height

I was in touch with Silicon Prairie when this issue first came up in the Spring and was provided with as much detail as they could give me to pass along to IT. 

It's just a matter of waiting my turn in the (extremely long) queue at this point.

Maybe  Silicon Prairie can provide certifications of some kind that would
be useful to your IT folks.

OTOH, consider saving correctly-formatted tables in a reference library
document, or on a reference page, where you can copy them from.
