[Framers] Position in Israel: Waterfall is looking for an experienced Technical Writer, expert in FrameMaker

I posted it on the Israel write the docs slack channel, this is the only
place which is not an Israeli group where I posted it.

I am going to be leaving FrameMaker for the first time in 20 years.....
