[Framers] Does new FrameMaker actually split footnotes across pages?

And it’s 2021. Extraordinary. It’s not as if Adobe doesn’t employ people who know how to do footnotes — they work fine in InDesign. So I guess that in FM you are still stuck with the early 90's technique of manually splitting using an anchored frame for the overflow.
