[Framers] Anchored Frame in Table Cell is hiding borders

Rick - 

There is 5pt right cell padding. The Table Designer window is shown at the link, and the table cells have 3pt Top/Bottom, and 5pt Left/Right. I've changed it to a larger number, with no luck. 

The Anchored Frame properties are Below Current Line, Right Alignment.

We are using a defined Object Tag for these frames, and the weird thing is that this is only happening to some of them, not all.

Carla, can you put a little cell padding on the right of those cells? You shouldn't need much.

I have an issue where graphics in an anchored frame inside of a table are running over and hiding the table border to the right. This carries through to the PDF output. (This is a parts list with descriptions in the next cell).

I've checked multiple object settings - the frame, the table, etc. Nothing I've tried seems to fix the issue. Does anyone have any recommendations for this?
