[Framers] Maker.ini - Language Setting Question

I checked the available info here:

Klaus Daube says:

That says: This parameter is set during the installation.
And that's also what I remember: You cannot change the user interface language after the installation.

Therefore I would ask your IT to install FrameMaker again, but now with Canadian English as interface language.

I've been given a way to control the INI file so I won't bug IT for more (with the re-imaging, we no longer have "Admin Privileges" on our own PCs).

I just need to know how to adjust maker.ini from US English to Canadian English.
