Hi Dan,

The perpetual licenses still "phone home" to Adobe's licensing servers, so you are not necessarily immune to this type of thing in the future.

YIKES! This reinforces my notion to stay with my perpetually licensed 15.x. The entire subscription/profile-based model is user-hostile IMO.

Just so you know that "you're not alone" ... I have a customer who is totally locked out of FrameMaker because of this issue, during a critical project period. They are not happy.
