[Framers] transitioning from Frame 7 to 2020

Hi Winfried,

You can only programmatically "pull up" or "push down" to another version.
So, she would need to run my script on FrameMaker 2020 to pull the
FrameMaker 7 files up to the current version.

ExtendScript was introduced later.
And I do not know, if FrameScript was already available for FM 7.
On FM 2020 possibly an easy MIF wash.
