[Framers] Old problem with scrolling in Frame

Hi, Framers,
I am having a problem with my mouse scrolling in Frame. We are still using Frame 7.0 and it has been beautifully stable all these years, with a few quirks like needing a special mouse driver for scrolling. Our IT department just moved us to Office 365, which nuked all my settings and customizations in Frame and other apps (they didn't give anyone warning about it). Now my scrolling in Frame files won't work as it had before the change.

If anyone on the list remembers this problem from long ago, can you tell me what worked to fix it? One of our IT people installed FreeWheel but that didn't work.
I'm working remotely to a Windows 10 PC through Jump Desktop on a Mac.

Hope somebody remembers and I can get it resolved. Not being able to scroll in Frame is driving me crazy! We have been kicking around the idea of upgrading to the latest version of Frame, but have been hesitant. Thoughts, anyone?
