[Framers] Question about FrameMaker subscription less than a full year

Based on discussions in tech writer forums, Flare, OpenAPI tools, and
docs-as-code toolchains such as Markdown + static site generators seem
more common these days.

Also, what you learn with any topic-based GUI help authoring tool is
somewhat applicable to another one, since Flare, RoboHelp, Oxygen,
XMetal et al. share some fundamental similarities. FrameMaker, on the
other hand, is sui generis, so what you learn isn't very applicable to
any other tech docs tool.
