automatic workaround to it. You should be able to add a tab character to the
second line so that the page number is aligned, but you'll have to do that by
hand. I often had this situation when I wrote books for Oracle Corp., and that
was their standard operating procedure.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

contents that is dynamically generated from the contents of a book (I do this
for 12 different books). At times the length of the text in the element
I have to use to create the entries in the table of contents is too long and
it wraps to a second line.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
