that must be created each month. The length of the content of the document
can vary, but for printing purposes the number of pages in the document
must be a multiple of 8. When the number of pages in the content isn't a
multple of 8 the specifications call for two "dummy" pages to be inserted
(one on even pages and another on odd pages) until a multiple of 8 is
reached. These entries are included in the table of contents along with
their page numbers.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

these dummy pages using a master page. I want to have text appear in a
disconnected text frame on the master page appear in the table of contents
that's generated from the document. Is there any way of getting a table of
