We’ve purposely stayed away from third-party conversion utilities, mostly so that whenever something breaks, we can fix it ourselves.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Now we’re thinking of improving our method of help creation/maintenance. Maybe doing something with a knowledge-base – or would structured FM hold more promise?
