hello all<br><br>thanks for your inputs so far. i have managed most of the TOC design and troubleshooting.<br><br>but here is a curious thing:<br><br>in the TOC, after some chapters, suddenly the <b>first  </b>heading 1 of chapter n+1 gets listed as the <b>last </b>heading of chapter n.<br>
