have a series of mechanical drawings that demonstrate how pieces of our
equipment come apart. The images are created in SolidWorks CAD software and
exported as an AI file for my use. I add in details like part numbers, required
tools, etc and then save the image as an EPS which is then imported by
reference into the correct file in my book.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

is an exploded view that shows all the serviceable parts. I have now been
requested to use XREFs to allow users to jump from a specific labelled part to

do I do this? Is there some way to overlay a frame on the image so I can insert
an XREF? So far, all my attempts to do this have failed. Is what I want to do
