I'll third MIF2Go for FM>RTF, but if you really want to keep in<br>control of your reviews/reviewers, using Acrobat and commentable PDFs<br>is the way to go. If you have a newer version of FM, you can even<br>import the comments back into FM, although I tend to think that's<br>excessive.
