In FM 7.2 and earlier, one of the options for page numbering was "Text". I see that in FM10, and seemingly FM9 too, this option is no longer available. This was a feature I used to some extent, and I wonder why it was deleted. Or is there any way around it to, e.g. get a blank in the TOC?<div>
