I'd recommend WebWorks ePublisher's Reverb output. You can test
drive a trial version
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.webworks.com/Products/ePublisher/Free_Trial/default.shtm">http://www.webworks.com/Products/ePublisher/Free_Trial/default.shtm</a>).
ePublisher ingests Word, FrameMaker (unstructured), and DITA XML.
You can even mix all three sources into one project.<br>
