Another option, since you say the size is fairly consistent, would be to create a pair of tags, one holds the graphic (it is stored on the reference page) and the other hold the text. I haven't used 9 and this was something that I used for many different options. It takes playing with the settings of a negative above amount for 1 paragraph and a negative below amount for the other.<div>
