Watched folders are only supported in the Professional edition of Adobe Acrobat. The Standard edition does not support them (or the "enable for commenting in Adobe Reader" feature, either).<BR>

If you open the version of Distiller that comes with the Professional edition of Acrobat, you'll find Watched Folders in the Settings menu.<BR>
